Three friends - one in Vienna, two in London - launched Vienna's
English language magazine in October 2006. And so Ether was
born. We like to describe it as a combination of city magazine
and expat resource with an emphasis on the arts.

The magazine targets everyone who wants to know the comings
and goings in the ether in Vienna. There are features on current
issues and personal experience, regular columns, a photoblog,
book reviews and our arts and cultural guide to Vienna. We also
showcase work by local artists and music by Viennese bands
every month. Hopefully Ether teaches you something about this
stunning city, however long you have been here. As a community
magazine feedback is always welcome. Don't hesitate to contact
